I asked a simple question: "Was my account canceled?" After which we went through an exchange of 8 troubleshooting email messages, all of which could have been done in one message, to eventually arrived at the conclusion that in fact my card's fraud protection had been triggered and declined the order -which would have been immediately discovered if Jovan would have checked my order status from the start. There are much cheaper VPNs out there. For the price, I expect polite yet efficient customer service.
